Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist and provide program, project, and administrative support to the Infrastructure Asset Management organization, as well as direct support to the Infrastructure Asset Management Business Administration Manager, and assistance to other Managers and work groups within the organization. This assignment will facilitate program support for a wide variety of activities within the work group and work with organizations throughout Transmission and the facility.
This is a 2‑year plus consultant position with a high probability of long‑term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1–2 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $31.22 and $37.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
Responsibilities- Provide program, project, and administrative support to the Infrastructure Asset Management organization.
- Directly support the Infrastructure Asset Management Business Administration Manager and assist other Managers and work groups within the organization.
- Facilitate program support for a wide variety of activities within the work group and work with organizations throughout Transmission and the facility.
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Operations (or closely related field) is preferred.
- With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 2years of experience is required.
- With an applicable Associate's degree, 4years of experience is required.
- Without an applicable degree, 6years of experience is required.
- Experience should be workplace experience in mid/high‑level, process‑driven Customer Service or Operational Support positions (e.g., Bank or Credit Union Teller, Customer Service Assistant for Municipal or County government, Admissions Assistant for College Admissions office).
- Intermediate to Advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or similar system sufficient to support, manage, edit, and maintain a site.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills/experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, One Note, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s License or RealID is required.
- Familiarity with Visio or similar system.
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar system.
