We're looking for an experienced leader to oversee our Aftermarket Sales & Service organization, including Field Service, Technical Support, Parts Sales, and Retrofit Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing high performing teams, improving operations, and creating exceptional customer experiences that drive long term loyalty.

What You'll DoAs the Manager – Aftermarket Sales & Service, you'll lead the people, processes, and strategy that support our customers long after their equipment is installed.
You'll:
- Lead Field Service, Technical Support, Parts Sales, Retrofit Solutions, and Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Develop and coach a high performing team of field technicians and customer support professionals.
- Champion a customer first culture that delivers responsive, high quality service.
- Drive aftermarket growth through parts sales, retrofit opportunities, and service agreements.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Use customer feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and overall operational performance.
We're looking for a leader with experience in industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, or technical service organizations who enjoys building teams and strengthening customer relationships.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in aftermarket service, technical support, customer service, or related operations.
- Experience leading service technicians or customer facing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Experience managing budgets and business performance.
- Background in industrial automation, robotics, capital equipment, material handling, packaging equipment, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Engineering or Business degree (or equivalent experience).
