Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end setup experience for customers and how they onboard and activate devices via the Vivint mobile app.
You will work across hardware, mobile software, and field operations, collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, design, QA, and data teams to define long-term direction and measure improvements in setup efficiency and quality. Seattle hybrid schedule with in-office presence required.
