You’ll be responsible for managing the entire shipping process for customer orders—from label creation to package drop-off. This is a vital role that directly impacts our customer satisfaction and brand reputation. It is an office position, not a warehouse job.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Print shipping labels and ensure timely order fulfillment via Tik Tok Shop
• Maintain an organized and efficient packaging station
• Manage shipping supply inventory and restocking
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when they arise
• Collaborate with our team to streamline operations and improve workflow
• Ensure all packaging is professional, secure, and brand-aligned

• 1+ year experience in e-commerce shipping (Tik Tok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, or similar)
• Comfortable using Apple (Mac) systems and software
• Experience with label printers (e.g., Rollo, Dymo) and basic packaging tools
• Highly detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Must be available for early morning shifts
• Willingness to complete a background check
