We are looking for a Product Manager – Cardio to join our growing organization!

Qualifications General Position Summary

The Product Manager – Cardio owns the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned cardio products and portfolios, including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, steppers, upper‑body ergometers, consoles, accessories, and connected fitness solutions. The role translates customer and market needs into differentiated, commercially viable products that achieve revenue, margin, quality, and customer‑experience objectives.

Working cross‑functionally with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Customer Support, this position leads portfolio planning from concept and business case through launch, commercialization, optimization, and end‑of‑life management.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and lifecycle plan for assigned cardio categories and models.
  • Develop market requirements, product requirements, business cases, revenue forecasts, target costs, pricing recommendations, and margin objectives for new products and enhancements.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customers, operators, exercisers, dealers, distributors, sales teams, service teams, and competitive research to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
  • Define product features and performance requirements, including biomechanics, ergonomics, durability, user experience, industrial design, console functionality, connectivity, accessibility, safety, and serviceability.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to manage development milestones, validation testing, certifications, pilot builds, field trials, and launch readiness.
  • Manage console, software, digital‑content, and third‑party integration requirements in coordination with Digital and Technology teams.
  • Monitor product quality, warranty trends, field performance, escalated service issues, and customer feedback; lead cross‑functional corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Support demand planning, inventory strategy, product transitions, end‑of‑life decisions, and supply priorities with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
  • Develop pricing architecture and conduct analysis of factory cost, landed cost, MSRP, channel pricing, competitive pricing, and margin impact by market and geography.
  • Create portfolio packages, options, accessories, and recommended configurations that improve customer value, commercial sell‑through, and product‑line profitability.
  • Serve as the product expert for Sales, dealers, distributors, key accounts, and customers; support specifications, proposals, demonstrations, facility planning, and strategic opportunities.
  • Lead product training and develop clear positioning, competitive comparisons, FAQs, launch materials, and field‑enablement resources.
  • Support trade shows, showrooms, customer events, and product demonstrations, ensuring products are presented accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate product specifications, model data, option codes, compatibility information, sales‑planning assets, manuals, and digital content across company systems.
