Procurement Analyst
As a Procurement Analyst, you will:
Reviews major purchases to ensure they follow all laws and policies, manages compliance audits, and supports the purchase card (PCard) coordinator role to ensure federal requirements are met.
Develops training plans and mentors contract specialists to improve their skills and ensure adherence to policies.
Measures the supply chain's effectiveness by tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Leads projects to implement process and program improvements, which includes managing budgets, teams, and communication plans.
Stays informed about the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in supply chain management by engaging with the electrical utility community and other professional associations.
Competencies:
Works with the management team to define the skills needed for the workforce and manages training and certification programs.
