Role DescriptionSeeking Operational and Functional Leaders who are ready to build and lead at the platform level. Execute growth plans, improve operational performance, drive value creation. Day-to-day its all about Accountability, Responsibility and Execution!
Qualifications- Functional and cross-functional leadership experience working directly in middle market private operating businesses.
- Demonstrated expertise in building winning teams, performance driven cultures and using KPIs and data-driven decision making to grow
- Proven leadership skills driving change initiatives which result in profitable growth
- Operational experience in current or related service oriented sectors is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Track record of creating and executing strategic plans, including growth, efficiency, and performance improvement programs.
- Digitally inclined with experience in software systems including ERP, CRM, BI, project management platforms is required.
