This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brush Prairie, WA for a Site Foreman. The Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage and supervise construction crews, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining heavy equipment, coordinating with carpentry and maintenance teams, and providing effective communication to all team members. The Site Foreman will also be responsible for scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and Maintenance
• Knowledge and experience in Carpentry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in construction management is beneficial
