The Construction Project Manager supports the EPC Project Manager or Program Manager and manages construction projects from early planning through completion and warranty. This role is responsible for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and coordination across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The role may involve managing one large project or multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate construction sequencing, schedules, and milestones
Safety and quality
  • Follow and enforce company safety programs and site safety requirements
  • Promote a strong safety culture among project teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Participate in safety meetings, audits, and site inspections
Planning and controls
  • Support project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost tracking
  • Monitor progress and identify schedule or cost risks early
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and construction documentation
  • Track labor, materials, and equipment needs
Client and stakeholder coordination
  • Serve as a primary contact for construction-related client communications
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support proposal development and client requests related to projects
  • Participate in internal and external project risk reviews
Team coordination and communication
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, legal, and project controls teams
  • Coordinate with EPC partners, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and project closeout turnover
  • Support EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management delivery models
  • Assist with estimating and proposal efforts as needed
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and training requirements
