As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on‑site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after a water, fire or mold loss. This role involves hiring and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, managing the project budget, obtaining required permits, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Prior experience with commercial construction is a big need in this role.

• Work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre‑loss condition
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget
• Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members

• 6+ years experience as a construction project manager or comparable role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry
• Prior experience with DASH software is a plus
• Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards
