WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Greenhaven Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Supervisor to lead the installation of custom swimming pools, water features, and related outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with pool construction, including plumbing, filtration systems, equipment installation, excavation, and site management.

This position will oversee daily operations on pool construction projects, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Greenhaven's high standards. The Pool Construction Supervisor will serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for homeowners, general contractors, suppliers, and crew members throughout the construction process.

The successful candidate will be experienced in reading and interpreting construction plans, operating heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers, coordinating excavation and site preparation, overseeing waterproofing and lighting installation, and maintaining quality control throughout every phase of construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential for this role.
