• Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for industrial and mechanical construction projects.
• Administer relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors on project development, costs, and schedules.
• Lead, evaluate, and mentor field personnel and field supervisors.
• Build project proposal packages backed by detailed self-generated estimates.

• 10 to 15+ years of project experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction, including managing teams of PMs, project engineers, and supervisors.
• Background in industrial construction specifically, not commercial or residential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience managing projects of $5M or more is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, P6, Procore, or Viewpoint is a plus.
