A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Prepare and set up concrete forms
- Pour concrete into forms according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Use finishing techniques such as stamping, staining or sealing to create desired appearance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job site
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with different types of concrete and their uses
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month
