Construction Project Manager – Restoration
Location:
Portland Metro, OR
Pay: $80,000–$110,000 Base DOE + Performance-Based Commission
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Full-Time

WhatYou'll Do
- Manage residential and commercial restoration construction projects from initial scope through final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule
- Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring deadlines are met
- Review estimates and work closely with estimators on change orders and project supplements
- Monitor project budgets and maintain target profit margins
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain high standards for jobsite quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Resolve project challenges and customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout documentation
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions

- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction methods, permitting, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while balancing schedules and budgets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing subcontractors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to maintain project profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between project sites
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience
- Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Knowledge of water, fire, or mold restoration projects
- Experience working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters
