Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion and delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Oversee all phases of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, and execution
• Manage project budget and expenses, working closely with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the project to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working on large scale construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
