About Us

Evergreen Dance Academy is a vibrant and welcoming dance studio dedicated to nurturing young talent. We offer a variety of dance classes for children and are committed to providing a supportive and inspiring environment for our students.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Ballet Teacher to join our team and teach ballet to children aged 3-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a love for teaching young children, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate ballet classes for children aged 3-12.
• Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters a love for dance.
• Develop lesson plans that incorporate basic ballet techniques and creative movement.
• Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and class updates.
• Participate in studio events, performances, and recitals.

• Previous experience teaching ballet to young children.
• Strong background in ballet and dance education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Degree in Dance or Dance Education.
• Certification from a recognized ballet teaching organization.
