Position: Performance Marketing Graphic Designer (Meta-Focused)

We’re looking for a performance-driven Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role is for a designer who understands that design isn’t just about looking good—it’s about stopping the scroll, communicating value instantly, and driving action
, while staying fully aligned with brand standards.

You’ll be producing a high volume of static creatives each week, primarily executing proven concepts, while occasionally contributing new ideas and angles. You’ll have access to performance data and will be expected to use it to continuously improve results—without sacrificing brand integrity.

This role sits directly within the growth team and has a measurable impact on revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Execution & Design

Design high-performing static ad creatives for Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels placements).

  • Produce 20+ performance-focused assets per week (static, carousel).
  • Translate offers, UGC insights, testimonials, and messaging into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Create multiple variations of each concept (headlines, layouts, CTAs, visual emphasis).
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all assets.
  • Maintain high standards for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color usage.
  • Ensure designs are readable, accessible, and optimized for mobile viewing.
  • Balance speed, performance, and brand consistency.
Brand & Visual System Management
  • Follow established brand guidelines for typography, color, imagery, and layout.
  • Maintain consistency across campaigns and channels.
  • Apply correct font usage, typographic hierarchy, and spacing systems.
  • Protect brand credibility while optimizing for conversion.
  • Help evolve and improve design systems as the brand scales.
  • Flag inconsistencies or outdated assets and suggest improvements.
  • Primarily execute creative concepts provided by leadership and media buyers.
  • Occasionally develop new visual concepts, layouts, and hooks.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative testing sessions.
  • Optimize designs for clarity, credibility, and trust-building.
Performance & Optimization
  • Review creative performance using Meta Ads Manager and Northbeam.
  • Understand core metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, creative fatigue).
  • Iterate on layouts, typography, and visual emphasis based on results.
  • Scale winning creatives and refresh fatigued ones quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with growth and media teams.
Workflow & Collaboration
  • Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
  • Maintain organized file systems and version control.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketers, media buyers, and leadership.
  • Contribute to improving creative workflows and standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years designing performance-focused creatives for paid social.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response design principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and apply brand guidelines.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Ability to design quickly without sacrificing polish or consistency.
  • Comfort working with data and performance feedback.
Creative & Analytical Skills (Must-Have)
  • Excellent typographic judgment and spacing discipline.
  • Strong instincts for layout, clarity, and visual prioritization.
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with direct-response goals.
  • Understanding of buyer psychology and trust signals.
  • Ability to iterate rapidly based on performance insights.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or subscription brands.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or supplements (a plus).
  • Experience working with established brand systems.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
