Responsibilities include planning monthly events, enhancing resident communication, and managing event marketing. Candidates should be relational and available mainly in evenings and weekends. Must have basic English fluency and reliable transportation. Experience in event planning is preferred. This part-time role requires a commitment of 16 hours per month.
