Graphic Designer, Creative Advertising / Marketing
Dick Hannah Dealerships is looking for a Junior Designer to help create clear, useful, on-brandmarketingbuiltwith acustomer-first mindset.
You'llwork across a wide range of channels, including social, digital advertising, email, websites, print, dealership materials, presentations, and other marketing needs. Some projects will start with an established campaign or template that needs to be adapted across multiple formats. Others will give you the opportunity to develop ideas andcontributeyour own design thinking.
This is an entry-level role for a designer with approximately 1to 3 years of professional experience who has strong fundamentals, enjoys learning, and wants exposure to a broad range of real-world marketing.
At times,you'llwork closely with a Senior Designer who will provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship.
As your skills and judgment grow, we want you to take on more ownership and increasingly solve design problems independently.

Paid Holidays:
Hannah Motor Company offers at least 5 paid holidays per year to Jr Designer s subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
- Design marketing materials for paid and organic social media, digital advertising, email, websites, print, direct mail, dealership promotions, presentations, signage, and other channels.
- Take established campaign concepts and adapt them across different sizes, platforms, dealerships, offers, and formats.
- Create original layouts and design solutions for appropriate projects as your experience grows.
- Work with Senior Designers to execute larger campaigns and high-visibility creative projects.
- Follow Dick Hannah brand standards as well as manufacturer brand requirements when applicable.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for digital platforms, printers, vendors, internal teams, and dealership use.
- Resize, version, update, and maintain recurring creative while keeping the work consistent and polished.
- Review your work carefully for spelling, pricing, offer details, DISCLAIMERS, image quality, alignment, and other production details.
- Help build and maintain templates, shared assets, design files, and systems that make the creative team faster and more consistent.
- Collaborate with video producers, digital specialists, lifecycle marketers, and other internal partners.
- Support basic graphics for video and social content such as thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, and other supporting assets.
- Use feedback as part of the creative process and continue developing your design judgment, technical skills, and speed.
- Explore new design tools, AI-assisted workflows, and production techniques that can improve the quality or efficiency of our work.
Qualifications:
These are the things we consider important for someone to be successful in the role.
- 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, including internships, agency, in-house, freelance, or other relevant professional work.
- A portfolio thatdemonstratesstrong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual communication.
- Workingproficiencywith Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience preparing creative for both digital and print applications.
- The ability to follow an established brand system and apply it consistently across different formats.
- Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters just as muchas howthe work looks.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, organize files, and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to applythat feedback to future work.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with designers and non-designers.
- Curiosity and a desire to keep improving your craft.
