** JOB OVERVIEW
** Nuna Baby Essentials is seeking a Consumer Services Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, text, and social media channels. This role serves as a key brand representative and is ideal for candidates with customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Provide prompt, professional customer service across multiple channels
* Respond to inquiries related to product use, assembly, features, parts, and recalls
* Resolve customer concerns with empathy and accuracy
* Document customer interactions in CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
* Process replacement parts and orders accurately and efficiently
* Identify upsell or cross sell opportunities when appropriate
* Meet service quality and performance metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
* Experience supporting customers via social media
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
* High school diploma or GED required
** TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
*** CRM experience (Zendesk preferred)
* Comfort using phone/headsets, email, and chat tools
* Strong typing and data entry skills
* Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
** ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
*** Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
* Repetitive motion (typing, hand/wrist use) required
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
