Delivery/Technology Specialist – Lexus of Vancouver
Responsibilities- Educate customers about the latest automotive technology in their new vehicle.
- Meet with clients after the sale to answer all questions regarding vehicle operation.
- Make follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles.
- Communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests.
- Explain all vehicle features, including personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth, and garage door pairing; detail the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules.
- Inspect each vehicle prior to delivery to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process.
- Thoroughly complete all associated paperwork with the delivery.
- Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- 2–5+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
Must be able to work weekends.
CompensationCompetitive wages commensurate with skills and experience, starting in the range of $21.57–$28.58 USD per hour.
