Brex is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager in Vancouver, WA to drive customer retention and growth. In this role, you will develop innovative strategies, use technology to improve customer engagement, and advocate internally for customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or Fintech. You will work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure that customers maximize their use of Brex's solutions.
