Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Deluxe Corporation is hiring a Customer Care Agent to provide first‑level service to all customers, including documenting and resolving Customer Care Cases, routing and escalation, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Providing first‑level support via phone, email, and voicemail for software applications and hardware equipment.
- Documenting and resolving Customer Care Cases, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Managing case routing and first‑level escalation.
- Performing administrative tasks such as emails, faxes, voicemails, new account setups, and electronic faxes.
- Updating, closing, and adding repair durations for hardware and software cases using Salesforce Service Console and external vendors.
- Providing first‑call technical resolutions through documentation, classes, self‑training, and shadowing associates.
- Multi‑tasking with call center administrative duties, including Professional Services to Customer Care transitions, scanner setups, T&M, hot fixes, scanner swaps, garage resets, user creation, and ASP setup workflows.
- Creating research documents for Salesforce Service Console and assisting other call center associates as needed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or computer industry experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Console.
- Completed customer service qualification standards training.
- Banking industry background preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
This role cannot be filled in the following locations:
Alaska, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
The compensation range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 hourly. Eligibility for commission or annual performance incentive may apply. Base pay will vary based on knowledge, skills, location, and experience.
