Position: Associate Customer Service Representative - Sign on Bonus!

Opportunity

Associate Customer Service Representative – Sign on Bonus! Remote – start date July 27, 2026.

Location:

Remote — Kohler, WI (must live within 150 miles of 53044 - Sheboygan, WI).

Sign on bonus: $500.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone calls by diagnosing products and taking appropriate action.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and advise specification guidelines to plumbers, designers, and retail/wholesale personnel.
  • Walk customers and trade professionals through step‑by‑step installation and/or repair of Kohler and Sterling products.
  • Navigate and manage multiple computer windows and software systems including customer relationship management, order management, and the  website.
  • Use Customer Care Center technology such as Salesforce CRM, , SAP, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Email, SharePoint, Verint Schedules, and Workbrain.
  • Gain knowledge of all Kohler and Sterling products and their warranties.
  • Read and understand technical publications, diagrams, and specification documents.
  • Use excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track orders, provide availability and shipping information.
  • Upsell products and accessories as appropriate.
  • Assist with implementing procedures to maximize uptime and phone coverage.
  • Track trends in product variations and report to engineering and quality.
  • Participate in department initiatives and various customer service support functions, including order block reports, credit card reports, and shipping resolution.
  • Meet or exceed balanced scorecard metrics and maintain an acceptable attendance record.
Skills / Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 year degree preferred.
  • 1+ year customer service experience desired.
  • Previous computer experience necessary.
  • Experience in a call‑center environment preferred.
  • Must provide own internet equipment; requires a hard‑wired connection (minimum 10

    Mbps) and separate confidential workspace.
  • Must be able to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., during assigned shift times (34–36hrs/week after training, more during peak season).
  • Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
