Customer Service Representative | Vancouver, WA

Hourly Pay: $20–$25 | Full‑Time Position

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts or a Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule after training.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service with a positive attitude.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate clearly across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Research and recommend solutions that best fit customer needs.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of our services and become a trusted resource.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, calm under pressure, and a team player.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus – training will be provided.
• Willingness to work a Saturday rotation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
