Intake Specialist

Paul Davis Restoration (PDR) is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and clients. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, accurate new loss intake, and effective customer feedback management. Intake Specialists will also participate in our after‑hours on‑call rotation to provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration as the first point of contact via phone, email, walk‑ins, and social media interactions, ensuring exceptional service to customers and clients.
  • Accurately intake new losses, create comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign necessary participants to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Collaborate in overseeing customer feedback surveys, online reviews, and social media platforms, effectively tracking feedback and ensuring timely closure of customer concerns.
  • Participate in the after‑hours on‑call rotation for job intake and dispatching.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Associates degree (2‑year) preferred but not required.
  • Uphold the Paul Davis Core values, vision, and mission statements.
  • Professional, courteous, empathetic, and exceptional communication skills in phone, email, and in‑person interactions with customers.
  • Willingness to participate in the after‑hours rotation for job intake and dispatching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong ability to work productively, stay organized, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Openness to receiving training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Hours:

    8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
  • Other duties as required.
Compensation

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
