Patient Service Representative - Ridgefield Part Time

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team!

To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families.
• Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Multitask effectively and work well with others as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ridgefield (5515 Pioneer St, Ridgefield, WA 98642)

Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4-6 weeks at the start of employment.

Starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on evaluation of experience. $3 Differential Pay after 5:30 PM.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong keyboarding skills required.

Pay range: $17.31 - $24.24 per hour.
