SALARY
: $28-33 per hour
SCHEDULE
:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Temporary-to-Hire

- Foster long-term partnerships by understanding business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and supporting overall account success.
- Drive client engagement through regular business reviews, proactive outreach, and recommendations that encourage adoption and maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges, coordinate solutions, and ensure successful outcomes across the account lifecycle.
- Analyze account trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for retention, process improvements, and service enhancements.
- Support customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account planning, to promote satisfaction and long‑term success.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and share customer insights to help inform business decisions and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Commercial Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.
- Experience managing an assigned portfolio of commercial or B2B customer accounts with responsibility for customer engagement, retention, and account performance.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a regulated environment, medical industry preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
- The position performs general office duties in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, data entry, and telephone communication.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
