Portland Braces and The Modern Orthodontist are seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving practice in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA.

• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 34-hour work week, Monday through Thursday. Our typical schedule—depending on your location—would be 1-2 days in Portland and 1-2 days in Vancouver. Travel pay is available when traveling from your home base to the other state.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey.
• Patient Education and Treatment Planning – Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey.
• Building Patient Relationships – Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists.
• Practice Growth – Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development.
• Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.

• 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred
• Professional sales experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
• Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
