• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule
• Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Handle incoming correspondence and patient inquiries
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly

• Previous dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator experience required
• Pediatric dental experience is highly preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume office
• Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children and families
• Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
