Responsibilities- Lead experience direction and design for complex business software across web, app, setup, onboarding, admin, management, workflow, and productivity touchpoints.
- Define experience frameworks, task flows, information architecture, interaction models, and reusable patterns that scale across products and platforms.
- Translate product requirements, constraints, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable design solutions.
- Design AI‑enabled experiences, including human‑AI interaction flows, guided workflows, conversational support, and intelligent task assistance.
- Turn ambiguity into clear design by bringing structure, identifying user needs, business goals, constraints, risks, and trade‑offs.
- Own design from concept through detailed design, prototypes, handoff, and implementation follow‑through using Figma.
- Collaborate across teams: product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, and stakeholders; facilitate reviews, critiques, and alignment sessions.
- Strengthen design quality and systems thinking; establish design rigor, reusable interaction patterns, and source‑of‑truth deliverables.
- Mentor and elevate other designers through critique, collaboration, and pattern‑level thinking.
- 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related digital product design role.
- Strong interaction design depth with user flows, information architecture, behavior definition, edge cases, and error handling.
- Proven ability to lead complex experience work across ambiguous, evolving, cross‑functional product spaces.
- Experience designing for both desktop/web and app‑based experiences.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions across multiple products, platforms, and touchpoints.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Figma for flows, wireframes, prototyping, and high‑fidelity design documentation.
- Experience partnering with product management, engineering, research, content, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale, align stakeholders, and represent design direction clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing complex web applications, portals, admin tools, workflow tools, or productivity experiences.
- Experience creating scalable interaction frameworks or reusable design patterns across multiple products.
- Experience with design systems and ability to apply them effectively in product work.
- Working knowledge of visual design principles: hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and responsive behavior.
- Experience driving design handoff and working closely with engineering through implementation.
- Familiarity with localization, accessibility, inclusive design, and global product considerations.
- Experience designing for setup, onboarding, device management, IT admin workflows, or service‑based experiences.
- Experience designing AI‑enabled workflows, intelligent assistance, conversational experiences, or adaptive interfaces.
- Experience using AI‑powered design, prototyping, writing, or research tools as part of the design process.
- Comfort working in environments where AI capabilities and design best practices are evolving quickly.
- Complex UX or interaction design work.
- Examples of flows, frameworks, information architecture, or interaction models.
- Show approach to ambiguity and design decisions.
- Examples of cross‑functional collaboration from concept through delivery.
- Any AI‑assisted design work or human‑AI interaction design are welcome but not required.
