Position SummaryThe Graphic Designer is an integral member of Audigy’s design team. You will confidently operate with minimal supervision, supporting the manager and team by owning projects and initiatives and setting the bar for quality and customer service. You will create fast‑paced, high‑volume, customized designs for multiple internal clients with a focus on hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Objectives- Execute high‑quality design work from scratch or using templates.
- Prepare files for print and/or web production.
- Manipulate, retouch, color‑correct, adjust lighting, and create clipping paths for photography.
- Create artwork for long‑ and short‑form content (flyers, newspapers, etc.).
- Illustrate, create iconography, and design custom typography.
- Contribute to brainstorming and strategic creative conversations.
- Maintain hospitality‑focused communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage higher‑level projects independently and guide the manager on initiative implementation.
- Ensure timely communication with clients, teams, and managers.
- Share expertise and support the team’s skill and technical development.
- Participate in quality assurance for team output.
- Provide insights and expertise to replicate successes across the team.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and design best practices for digital and print.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design or related experience (required).
- Experience with Hub Spot or other marketing automation email platforms (preferred).Some HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred).
- Comfortable working with Macs, fonts, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other office software.
- Hourly pay rate of $28.00–$30.00, dependent on experience.

This full‑time, hybrid position requires regular in‑office work at an Audiovisual location within the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Physical DemandsLong hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, with occasional lifting of supplies and materials.
