Workplace Services Technician

AZAD Technology Partners is hiring a Workplace Services Technician that will plan, design and coordinate various space management projects to include individual moves, small space reconfigurations (10 – 20 work spaces) or small group moves (up to 25 people/spaces), workstation adjustments, and furniture changes. This individual will also provide CAD-related services to support other workgroup members and as part of maintaining drawing records and overall systems.

The ideal candidates must possess the following experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in CAD and Drafting Technologies or interior design with CAD-related college coursework is preferred.
• 5 years’ directly‑related experience that should include proven skills in space planning, design and coordination of day-to-day individual office moves, small space reconfigurations or small group moves.
• Experience in office space design drafting and plotting using CAD tools/systems.
• Experience working with floor plans; ability to create proposed workstation/workspace layouts and to discuss space layouts with clients.
