Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is looking to hire a full‑time Special Education Teacher in the Danbury, CT area. This Special Education Teacher will be working with students with an elementary caseload from December to April of this current school year (23-24).
Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
Responsibilities- Writing and running IEP meetings
- Creating individualized plans for each student's success
- Collaborating with faculty, staff, and parents to provide the best possible education for each student
- Must hold a valid Special Education Teacher certification in the state of Connecticut
- Must be willing to work on‑site
- Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Special Education
