General ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for the implementation of behavior intervention plans developed by the IEP team, collecting data and conducting assessments.
Salary:
Candidates without a current RBT credential: $27.94 per hour Candidates with current RBT credential: full salary range $30.18 - $36.72 per hour Offers are made at the beginning of the range. Assignment:
This position will serve Florens Academy, a program that serves aggressive adolescent aged youth with significant developmental delays. Florens will provide instructional behavioral, and social/emotional support and activities to the youth served. This position is will be 8 hours per day, 210 days per year.
Regular attendance required:
This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our students and help support a positive, productive learning environment. This position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m.
