ECE 1-2-3 Grow & Learn Specialist
Under the direction of the Early Care & Education Coordinator, the ECE 1-2-3 Grow & Learn Specialist provides support services to children Birth-5 and their families. Through these play groups, specialists are able to provide resources and supports to families and the community. Salary:
The full hourly compensation range is $23.95 - $29.14. Offers are made at the entry level of the range. Effective 09/01/2026, the hourly range will be $24.57 - $29.90. Offers are made at the beginning of the range. Assignment:
The person in this role will be hired as a temporary employee and will work 12 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday). The position is not benefit eligible. The role requires a criminal history and fingerprint check through the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), health exam and TB test, and proof of MMR vaccination or exemption prior to starting.

This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our students and help support a positive, productive learning environment.
