Clark College, through McClaskey Culinary Institute, invites applications for a part‑time Cuisine Professor to teach Serv Safe Manager, ACF Apprenticeship, barbecue basics, banquets & buffets, wine appreciation, beer, spirits & distilling, and other short courses. Daytime, evening, or weekend hours may be available.
Instructors will create hands-on classes, uphold safety standards, and advance professional development while serving students from diverse backgrounds.
