Vancouver Public Schools in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a Special Program Para educator 1, Life Skills to provide one-on-one support in a life skills setting. This role is 6.5 hours per day, 9 months per year, with non-exempt status and requires working closely with teachers and students with disabilities.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and experience or training in de-escalation, behavior support, and data collection. Weekend trainings may be required.
