DC Prep seeks dedicated individuals for its Junior Teacher Program in Washington, DC. You will work with a veteran lead teacher for six to nine weeks, then gradually take on more instructional responsibility while pursuing a graduate program leading to a master's in education.
You will receive weekly professional development and coaching, engage in curriculum design and small-group interventions, and have a path to lead teaching positions.
