- Social Services, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington is seeking four year-round Program Leads to support youth programming in the Gym at Burton Elementary Club, the Education Room at OK Clubhouse, and the Games Room and Art Room at Fruit Valley Elementary Club.

• Plan and lead activities that are fun, age-appropriate, and inclusive.
• Align activities with program goals and outcome areas.
• Use conflict resolution and restorative practices to manage behavior.
• Support youth in developing problem-solving skills.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Club Management.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must pass a national criminal background check, a social security verification, a local criminal background check, and a national sex offender registry check.
• Prior experience working with youth is preferred.
• This role requires physical activity, including standing, moving, and bending.

• Part-Time, 25 hours per week. Availability is required Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM during the school year and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM during the summer.
• Employees are expected to support summer programming (mid-June through mid-August) and annual Training Weeks (the third week of June and the last week of August).
