Structural Engineer

• Act as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare joist and deck estimates using industry-leading software
• Collaborate with a high-performing commercial team to develop and execute regional market strategy
• Build deep relationships with the engineering and design community through regular site visits, meetings, and industry events
• Support customers with responsive, professional communication that differentiates you from the competition
• Travel within the territory to grow relationships and uncover new opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Solid understanding of the commercial construction process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• EIT certification or willingness to pursue PE licensure
• Comfort working in a customer-facing, relationship-driven role

• Experience in sales, estimating, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Geographic flexibility for future leadership or advancement opportunities
