As Supervisor Projects, you’ll lead and coordinate capital infrastructure projects across underground and surface operations. Your scope will include construction, installation, repair, improvement, decommissioning, and demolition of facilities and associated infrastructure.

- Prepare technical report compilation including preparation of engineering drawings packs, ability to interpret drawings, preparation of contractor’s work pack, detailed job plans, ITR, ITP, CCC, and general project progress reporting
- Budget and forecast expenditure and analyse project risks and opportunities
- Scope and generate project schedules, and actively track projects to ensure completion within set time frames
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued
- Teritary qualifications in engineering /trade qualification, and/or project management is desirable
- Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion
- Previous experience delivering infrastructure projects in a mining environment
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
