Senior Engineering Support; On-Site Infrastructure Projects

BEPC is actively looking for a Senior Engineering Support (On-Site Infrastructure Projects) - Manufacturing Engineer II, in Vancouver, WA area!

W2 Contract - 1 year with possible extensions!

Compensation: $48.00 - $53.00/hour – Determined based on experience

Work Arrangement: 100% On-site | 40 hours/week

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer II to join an on-site engineering support team in Vancouver, WA. This role will support advanced engineering operations for transportation and infrastructure projects, performing complex technical analysis, supporting inspection activities, and coordinating directly with on-site engineering staff.

This role requires independent judgment, technical depth, and the ability to operate effectively in an on-site environment.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced engineering and technical analysis supporting infrastructure projects
• Support project management functions including schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
• Review and validate engineering plans, specifications, and construction records
• Support construction inspection and administration activities
• Analyze and maintain complex engineering, design, and project data
• Coordinate with engineering stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Support compliance, reporting, and quality-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• +3 years of progressively responsible engineering or technical support experience
• Experience interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and standards
• Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting transportation, highway, bridge, or civil infrastructure projects
• Prior experience with construction inspection or engineering administration
• Experience working with public-sector or government clients
• Familiarity with engineering standards, manuals, and compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
