We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support the execution of complex Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) projects across multiple industries. This role partners closely with Project Management and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Support project administration across safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, and documentation
- Assist Project Management teams with prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and claims mitigation
- Help develop and implement project plans including Project Execution, QA/QC, Safety & Health, Procurement, Staffing, and Subcontracting Plans
- Coordinate jobsite mobilization/demobilization
, permitting, and field-based activities - Support RFP development
, bid evaluation, subcontractor/supplier pre-qualification, and contract administration - Assist with project controls including cost reporting, scheduling, earned value, forecasting, and progress tracking
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, filing systems, reports, and meeting minutes
- Participate in project reviews, audits, and risk meetings as required
- Support invoicing, project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty administration
- Assist with staffing coordination
, onboarding of craft/field supervision, and labor analysis - Monitor labor burdens, craft classifications, progression records, and training standards
- Coordinate construction equipment needs and inventory
- Perform additional duties as assigned while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent applicable experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage high workloads and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Must be able to meet company driving requirements
