BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Project Manager I to join an on-site engineering support program in Vancouver, WA. This role will support project coordination, staffing oversight, and performance management for an on-site engineering team supporting transportation and infrastructure initiatives.

This position focuses on oversight, coordination, and compliance rather than hands‑on engineering execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and oversight
• Oversee staffing coverage and ensure continuity of on‑site support
• Monitor performance, schedules, and compliance with contract requirements
• Coordinate technical staff assignments and issue resolution
• Support reporting, documentation, and contract administration
• Ensure adherence to quality control and performance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Experience managing engineering or technical service contracts
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in regulated or government environments
• Ability to manage performance across technical teams.

• Experience supporting federal, state, or local government contracts
• Familiarity with public‑sector contracting vehicles
• Experience overseeing on‑site technical or engineering teams
• Knowledge of quality control plans and performance management
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
