On larger or more complex projects, the Associate CXM works under the direction of a CX Manager or Senior CX Manager, contributing to field execution, technical coordination, and commissioning documentation as part of a broader team.
This role is designed for technically credentialed professionals ready to take on direct commissioning responsibility while continuing to develop the project leadership, customer management, and cross‑functional coordination skills required at the CX Manager level.
