Jama Implementation BA

• US resource, central or eastern time zone preferred to work with the US user groups and the Technical Product Owner.
• Business Analyst experience required.
• Jama implementation experience preferred.
• Understanding of the V model and how system engineering works in general, including the "day in a life" for a systems engineer.
• Understanding of how Jama Connect functions and can be configured to assist in driving the design and creating best-practice based solutions within Jama Connect. (Jama is very flexible and we want to ensure we do this implementation correctly from the beginning.)
• Experience in leading a small work group.
• Experience leading a large group in discussions, handling strong personalities, etc.
• Technical user documentation and workflow drafting experience; experience doing demos and training users is a plus.
• IT experience preferred.
