The hourly range for this position is $24.59 – $36.89.

In addition to base salary, employees may be entitled to other forms of compensation depending on the type, duties, or location of the position.

Bring your CAD expertise to a team where your skills will make a real impact. We’re looking for a CAD Drafter 3 to support a variety of civil engineering, permitting, and survey‑related projects using CAD software and Civil3D. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality drafting services while applying your intermediate to advanced drafting proficiency in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

• Revit and/or other BIM software - Preferred
• Proficient in one or both major civil engineering CAD Platforms (Autodesk and Civil 3D; or Microstation)

• Intermediate understanding of technical fundamentals
• Performs moderately complex drafting tasks independently
• Provides quality control of basic deliverables

Team player who is able to follow on large, complex projects and lead a small team on simple tasks. Anticipates the needs of other technical disciplines and takes responsibility for their results. Follows established practice area workflows.
