Job OverviewProvide services and support as an Environmental Specialist I (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs) for federal law‑enforcement clients, primarily the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The role focuses on environmental services solutions, compliance tracking, data‑driven reporting, and occupational safety initiatives. The role may transition to a full‑time Pro Sidian employee.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide entry‑level environmental program support with compliance tracking and reporting.
- Assist program execution, data collection, and reporting for safety, hygiene, and environmental solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, contractors, and visitors to maintain workplace safety.
- Maintain and update environmental documentation, including hazardous material procedures and waste handling.
- Support continuous improvement of environmental compliance in alignment with federal standards.
- 0–5 years of experience in environmental compliance or related field.
- Knowledge of energy and water efficiency strategies, LEED rating system, and federal reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI).
- Strong technical writing, data entry, analytical, and proofreading skills.
- Clearance:
Top‑Secret security clearance required prior to beginning work. - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
