$92,000 - $135,000 base salary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee turnkey LED lighting retrofit projects from pre-construction through completion. This role will manage project timelines, budgets, materials, contractors, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience within commercial construction, electrical, MEP, lighting, energy efficiency, or related industries. This position requires 30-50% travel to support project execution and field milestones.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage LED lighting retrofit projects from kickoff through final closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Lead site visits, inspections, installations, commissioning, and final walkthroughs.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement, materials, logistics, and project documentation.
- Resolve project issues related to scheduling, scope changes, and field execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical, MEP, lighting, or energy efficiency industries.
- Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of LED lighting systems, electrical infrastructure, or building systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
